Refunds policy
All sales are final. A complete live preview, full documentation and the feature list are available on this site before you buy. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as documented, contact us — we'll either fix the issue at no cost or, where the issue is unresolvable, refund the full purchase amount at our discretion.
Why sales are final
A Slab purchase delivers the entire source code archive plus a unique licence key the moment Stripe confirms payment. We can't claw back the archive, so we can't offer change-of-mind refunds. We've published a live preview of every preset and the full feature list specifically so you can verify the product against your needs before paying.
What we will refund
- A defect that prevents the product from running according to the documentation, that we cannot resolve within fourteen days of you reporting it.
- A duplicate charge or a charge made in error.
- A failure to deliver the licence key or download archive within forty-eight hours of payment, where you have not received it after checking your spam folder and writing to support.
How to request a refund
Email hello@hazir.dev within thirty days of purchase, with your Stripe receipt and a description of the issue. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. If our product is not of acceptable quality, fit for its described purpose or as we described, you have rights to a remedy under that law in addition to anything written above.
