Hazır Licence

Each Hazır release is sold under this licence by Hazır Studio (ABN 42 839 638 864). The machine-readable copy of this licence — used by the licence-key validator inside the source — lives at packages/license in your release. The two documents say the same thing; this page is the plain-language version.

One purchase, one production deployment

A Slab purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to deploy the source code to one production domain. "Production" means a website serving end users. Local development environments, staging URLs, preview deployments and internal QA do not count against the limit.

You may

  • Run the source on your own infrastructure, or any hosting provider you choose, in service of your one production deployment.
  • Modify the source however you like for that deployment — including deleting sections, restyling, swapping presets, replacing strings and translating it.
  • Receive lifetime updates within the release version you purchased. Major version bumps may require a paid upgrade and will be announced in advance.

You may not

  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the source — original or modified, minified or compiled, on a forum, marketplace, agency repository, GitHub gist, or anywhere else.
  • Use a single-deployment licence to run several unrelated production sites. Each production site needs its own licence.
  • Remove or alter the copyright notice or licence-key validator in the source. The "Built with Hazır" badge is not required once a valid licence key is configured; the copyright stays.
  • Use the Hazır or Hazır Slab name, logo or wordmark to imply endorsement of a product or service that is not ours.

Multi-site and agency

Agencies, multi-tenant operators, and anyone deploying Hazır releases across more than a handful of client sites should write to the studio for an agency licence. Email hello@hazir.dev with a brief description of the work. We're glad to work with operators shipping at scale.

Bespoke engagements

Bespoke websites are delivered under a separate written agreement that controls IP. By default the studio assigns the deliverables in full to the commissioning client on final payment, and we do not resell the design or code. The bespoke agreement, not this licence, governs that scope.

Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the source and remove it from production within thirty days. Charges already paid are not refundable on termination for breach.

Disclaimer

The source is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind beyond the consumer guarantees implied by Australian law. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the codebase secure and accessible, but you are responsible for the operation of any site you deploy with it.
